📘 General Definitions
🔹 Melbet (the Company) – The official online betting platform available at Melbet-affiliates.com, offering users a chance to place bets on sports events.
🔹 Affiliate Program – A performance-based marketing model where you, the Affiliate, earn a commission by referring players to Melbet.
🔹 Affiliate – An individual or legal entity promoting Melbet by placing links, banners, and promotional content. Affiliates receive a share of the net profit from referred users.
🔹 Players – Customers who register at Melbet through your affiliate link.
🔹 Revenue – The profit earned by the Affiliate based on referred players’ betting activity.
🔹 Payout – Weekly payment transferred from the Melbet system to your chosen payment method 💵.
🔹 Promo Materials – Official marketing tools like banners, landing pages, and creatives provided by Melbet.
📌 General Provisions
- ✅ Affiliates must accept and adhere to these terms before starting their promotion activities.
- 🎂 Only individuals aged 18+ may participate.
- 🔐 Affiliates are responsible for keeping login data safe. The Company isn’t liable for lost or misused credentials.
🚫 Intellectual Property Policy
4.1–4.5 ❗ Strictly prohibited without permission:
- Copying the Melbet website or branding.
- Using Melbet logos or creatives without approval.
- Creating domains, apps, or content that mislead users into thinking they are official Melbet channels.
- Bidding on branded keywords in search engines.
- Imitating Melbet in social media or messengers.
🚨 Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
⚠️ Terms Subject to Change
- 🔄 The Company reserves the right to change terms without prior notice. Updated conditions will be published on the official site.
📢 Use of Marketing Materials
- 🎯 Affiliates are granted access to creative tools but may adapt them as needed.
- 🚫 Prohibited promotion methods:
- Email spam
- Misleading ads
- Unauthorized use of the Melbet brand
- 🍪 No cookie stuffing allowed: iframe abuse, invisible tags, or similar tactics will result in a ban.
- 🕵️♂️ The Company may request traffic sources. Refusal can end the partnership.
- 🔄 Affiliates may not operate multiple accounts unless approved. Each account must belong to a unique individual or entity.
- ❌ No self-referrals or multi-account collusion. Only one registration per person/IP/device/payment method is allowed.
📉 Inactivity & Violations
- 📉 Affiliate rates may drop to 50% if no promotional activity is detected.
- 🛑 Payments may be suspended if:
- Terms are breached
- Company ambassadors are used in promos
- Accounts are sold or compromised
- Confidential info is leaked
- Aggressive behavior is shown toward Melbet staff
📊 CPA Model Terms
14.1–14.8 📌 To work under the CPA model:
- Contact your manager first
- Refer at least 10 First Deposits (FDs) to earn payouts
- Traffic quality and compliance are essential
- Hold period is 7 days for verification
- Fraudulent or incentivized traffic = NO PAYOUTS
- KPI deviations or suspicious patterns may extend hold time or cancel earnings

🌍 Jurisdiction & Restrictions

If users from restricted zones try to access Melbet, they’ll be notified of the block.
💰 Affiliate Commissions
🔸 Revenue Share Model:
- You earn 50% of net profit from referred users.
- Player bonuses or cashback do not reduce your revenue.
- Track your current rate via your profile dashboard.
🗓️ Payout Schedule
💸 Payouts every Tuesday, provided:
- You’ve referred 10 active players
- Total deposits reach at least ₽5,000 / $70 / €70 📌 Unmet thresholds = funds held until conditions are met
🛠️ Delays up to 60 days may occur due to tech or verification checks.
🤝 Dispute Resolution

✅ Provide detailed facts and arguments. The team will respond within 14 days. 🚫 Offensive language or false info will lead to disqualification.
